QuickCheck AUDIT Program

Quick Check AUDIT program provides a quality audit program of customer samples. Samples are forwarded to the CEM laboratories where they are tested by CEM Applications Specialists, and results are compared to customer results, long reference techniques, and/or other rapid techniques. This program provides peace of mind that test results are consistent and accurate.

The AUDIT program is focused on the customer sample. The purpose of this program is to provide the customer an accurate moisture or fat result for a specific sample that can be used tor comparison and documentation. QuickCheck AUDIT provides 4 quality audit programs.

Annual AUDIT Contract

QA-F (980040) Annual moisture and fat analysis
Includes oven moisture and reference fat analysis for up to three (3) samples per quarter for a year. Results will be
obtained by AOAC reference techniques and completed in duplicate. Customer then compares reference values to SMART Trac results.

QA-M (980044) Annual moisture analysis
Includes oven moisture analysis for up to three (3) samples per quarter for a year. Results will be obtained by AOAC reference techniques and completed in duplicate. Customer then compares reference values to SMART System5 results.

Single Sample AUDIT

QA-SF (980042) Single analysis for fat
Includes oven moisture and reference fat analysis for up to three (3) samples. Results will be obtained by AOAC reference techniques and completed in duplicate. Customer then compares reference values to SMART Trac results.

QA-SM (980046) Single analysis for moisture
Includes oven moisture analysis for up to three (3) samples. Results will be obtained by AOAC reference techniques and completed in duplicate. Customer then compares reference values to SMART System5 results.
