QuickCheck MONITOR Program

The CEM QuickCheck MONITOR program provides proprietary samples to verify performance of the SMART System5 instrument.

Control samples are forwarded to a customer for testing. Once sample results are obtained, they can be compared with CEM test results, independent laboratory results, and other customer results to ensure that an instrument is performing properly. The MONITOR program is focused on the instrument used to perform testing.

The purpose of this program is to provide the customer a method of monitoring instrument performance, checking instrument performance if it is suspect, and providing documentation of the performance for records. QuickCheck MONITOR provides several monitoring programs.

Annual MONITOR Contract

Note: CustomerCare Plus customers receive special pricing for MONITOR contracts.

QC-A (998042) Annual MONITOR Contract
Includes twelve (12) QuickCheck sample kits per year plus website access for instrument performance monitoring. Customer will also be permitted to return one (1) sample to the CEM laboratories for moisture or fat analysis during this contract period.

Annual MONITOR/AUDIT Contract

QC-M (998044) Annual MONITOR Contract plus Audit for Moisture
Includes twelve (12) QuickCheck sample kits per year plus website access for instrument performance monitoring. Customer will receive limited applications support and the ability to return up to three (3) samples quarterly for moisture analysis.

QC-F (998046) Annual MONITOR Contract plus Audit for Fat
Includes twelve (12) QuickCheck sample kits per year plus website access for instrument performance monitoring. Customer will also receive limited applications support and the ability to return up to three (3) samples quarterly for fat analysis.

Single MONITOR Sample Kit

QC-S (998048) Single MONITOR sample
Customer will receive one (1) QuickCheck sample kit plus a compilation of test results for comparison.
